U2OS osteosarcoma cells that have been stained with rhodamine conjugated phaloidin to
detect F-Actin and an antibody detecting vinculin to identify
focal adhesions (Alexa 488 conjugated antibody used as
secondary). Cells have been counterstained with Dapi.
